Bio
Jachym Bouzek
I’m a visual artist working in both animated film and interactive video design for immersive live performances, with past collaborations at the Barbican Centre, l’Odéon Paris, the West End in London, and Broadway in New York. I enjoy experimenting with different techniques and pushing the boundaries between them, blending traditional and digital forms. My work focuses on combining animation techniques and technology to create pieces with a strong narrative.
Currently studying (MA) Cinema d’Animation at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. I have finished my (BA) Animation degree at the University of the Arts London, studied at the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham and graduated from (SPSG) Graphic design in Prague, where I was born and raised.
